    A University of Florida fraternity whose members were accused of harassing a group of wounded military combat veterans in Panama City Beach was shut down Tuesday , days after the university of began a misconduct investigation into the incident, according to the Panama City News Journal. David Kratzer, the university's vice president of student affairs and a retired U.S. Army general, said Friday he was disgusted by the reports of how the Zeta Beta Tau members treated the military vets and promised to deal swiftly with the matter, the newspaper reported.
