Collins, 57, of the 4200 block of West 126th Street, Alsip, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and improper lane use after a Jan. 25 traffic stop, according to Palos Heights police reports. Police pulled over Collins at about 12:25 a.m., in the 6500 block of West College Drive, for lane violations, the report stated.
