    Three Oxford men were arraigned Friday on drug-related charges after an undercover police investigation turned up heroin, 29 bladed weapons, drug paraphernalia, a realistic-looking BB gun and a hollowed-out hardcover copy of "War and Peace" that could be used to hide items, all inside an apartment on Main Street in Oxford. The investigation by Oxford and Webster police, along with Drug Enforcement Administration agents, included at least three incidents in which police bought heroin from Preston J. Gambaccini, 28, of 32 George St., Oxford, court documents state.
