Evangelidis said Monday night at Town Hall. Speaking at the Board of Selectmen's public hearing about the controversial center, Mr. Evangelidis and Dudley District Court Presiding Judge Timothy Bibaud avoided the politics of the matter, and spoke only about the nuts and bolts of the center.
