    An Owensburg man was arrested after he allegedly punched a woman in the face during a domestic fight in the parking lot of H&R Block in the 3300 block of 16th Street, Saturday afternoon. Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley says officers were called to the business at 5:37 p.m. after a woman called police reporting the incident.
