    In 2012 a jury sentenced former Milford police officer Jason Anderson to five years in prison for his role in the deaths of Orange residents, Ashlie Krakowski, and David Servin, both 19. Almost three years later, Anderson remains free on $50,000 bond , and now the ex-cop is trying to have his prison sentence tossed out, reports New Haven Register courts reporter Michelle Tuccitto Sullo. On Thursday, Anderson's attorneys argued before the State Appellate Court that the fact Servin's blood alcohol content was 0.14, or seven times the legal limit for someone under the age of 21, and the fact Servin didn't stop for a blinking red lights are reasons to overturn Anderson's conviction.
