    The Volusia County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of a Daytona Beach woman whose body was found in a submerged car in the St. Johns River was suicide by drowning, a Volusia County Sheriff's Office spokesman said. The body of Kathy Marie Hilbert, 57, was found midday Jan. 7 in her Honda, which was submerged near a boat ramp on the west end of French Avenue west of Orange City, said spokesman Andrew Gant.
