    A three-car accident on State 365 in the Town of Verona was caused by speed and weather conditions, according to the Oneida County Sheriff's Department. Officials say Sarah L. Gilkinson, 34, of Oneida, was driving an Oneida City Taxi Cab west on State Route 365 at Fox Road around 1:45 a.m. Sunday when she left the roadway and hit a snow embankment and sign post.
