    A Marine was flown to a hospital with serious injuries after the Humvee he was in lost control and slammed into the center divider on south Interstate 5 on Sunday, a California Highway Patrol officer said. A 45-year-old semi truck driver said he was just south of the Aliso Creek Rest Area near Oceanside about 9:55 a.m. when the military Humvee hit him from behind, said California Highway Patrol Officer Jim Bettencourt.
