    The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three vehicle injury crash which occurred on US 23 and Rozelle Creek Rd, in Ross County, at approximately 5:40 P.M. on May 20, 2015. A 1998 Dodge Ram driven by Charles Brewer, 34 of Chillicothe, Ohio, was traveling west on Rozelle Creek Rd. Mr. Brewer failed to yield after crossing the median and drove into the path of a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan traveling southbound on US 23. The Caravan was driven by Julieanne Jenkins 49, of Oak Hill Ohio.
