Breathitt Pennyrile Parkway, at approximately the 10 mile-marker, on Monday, February 23, at 3:10 p.m. The preliminary investigation revealed that Lisa Jones, 43, of Hopkinsville, was operating a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder northbound on the parkway when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a guardrail. The vehicle traveled across the median and the southbound lanes.
