Weber, 34, Hopkinsville, KY, was arrested and charged with the following offense: Mr. Chavez and Mr. Weber were arrested as a result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation that began in December of 2014. The KSP received a complaint that the accused were using the Internet to download material which contained child exploitation images.

It crossed into the eastbound lane and exited the left shoulder of the roadway.
