Gray, 65, of Lamb Road, Warwick, was charged with driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test Feb. 19 at 8:46 p.m. Police said Gray was stopped on Tower Hill Road after an officer on patrol saw him driving erratically in his GMC Terrain. On Feb. 19 , police charged Christian Alexander Ellerbe, 21, of 136 Lafayette Road, North Kingstown, with driving under the influence after he allegedly got his Jeep Cherokee stuck in a snowbank on Oak Hill Road shortly before midnight.

Harris, 37, of 9 Mollusk Drive, North Kingstown, with driving under the influence Feb. 12 at 12:57 a.m. Police said Harris was clocked driving 61 mph in a 35 mph zone and crossed the double yellow line before he was stopped. Harris reportedly failed a field sobriety test at the scene and was taken into custody without incident.
