    Four people were injured Thursday afternoon after a head-on collision on Interstate 90 that backed up traffic for miles, according to State Patrol reports An SUV-type vehicle was traveling east on I-90 near Preston - located between Issaquah and North Bend - about 12:45 p.m. when, for an unknown reason, it crossed the centerline and hit a Jeep head-on in the westbound lanes, State Patrol spokesman Chris Webb said. The collision caused another Jeep in the westbound lanes to be hit and it rolled over to the north side of I-90 near Southeast High Point Way, Webb said.
