    A Norfolk man was resentenced to prison in St. Lawrence County Court for raping a 13-year-old Norfolk girl. Trevor J. Secore, 21, of 9378 Route 56, Norfolk, was sentenced Friday to up to eight years in prison with a minimum of six years in prison for second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse, both class D felonies.
