A father and son from Long Island who run one of New York City's largest nonprofit drug treatment programs faced criminal charges Wednesday in a year-long Medicaid fraud investigation after allegedly receiving kickbacks to pay for their mansions, luxury cars and out-of-state condos, New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said.
