    The Ohio Highway Patrol say a New Waterford man sustained serious injuries after a car accident that closed U.S. Route 62 on Tuesday. According to a report Robert Halfhill, 33, was driving on U.S. Route 62 near South Duck Creek Road in Goshen Township until he lost control of his vehicle around 8 p.m. The highway patrol said Halfhill was traveling at high speeds before his car overturned and he was thrown from of the vehicle.
