    Tensions were high at Thursday night's special meeting of the Paden City Council as the Paden City Development Authority and council argued prior to the second, and final, reading of an ordinance that would eliminate term limits on the PCDA and allow council to remove any PCDA member with or without cause. Council passed the ordinance, with each council member present at the meeting voting in favor of the measure.
