    New Castle, Indiana on September 21, 1936 to Elden and Dorothy ( Osborne) Davis .He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years, 2 months, 17 days, 12 hours and 2 seconds (as he famously quoted to everyone), and retired from the Air Force in 1976 with the rank of Master Sergeant. He married Patricia (DeLay) in 1957 and they were happily married for 56 years during which he traveled all over the world while in the service. He then was the service manager at Raper Dodge for several years and drove a school bus for Richmond Community Schools for 20 years. He loved hunting and fishing but his real love was to play the top dollar slot machine at the casino. Survivors include his sons Randy (Katie) Davis and David (Betty) Davis; grandchildren Chris (Lindsi) Davis, Stephanie (Matt) Oden and Eric (Kimmie) Davis; great grandchildren Tyler Davis, Mason Davis, Dillon Oden and Gavin Davis; sister in law Garnell Horton; brother in law Ellis DeLay; several cousins, special close friends and family including first cousin Nancy Martin who was loved as a sister. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Pat Davis, Brother Tommy Davis and Daughter in law, Kim Davis. Services for Don will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday (March 5, 2015) at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary. Pastor David Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in White Water Indiana Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday (March 4, 2015) from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Riggle - Waltermann Mortuary.

June lived in Maryland, California, and Michigan, and later settled in Richmond. She had been an elementary school teacher. Survivors include her sons, John Michael Binford of Westfield, Indiana, Eric Wayne Binford of Nashville, Tennessee, and Bradley Alan Binford of Richmond; granddaughters, Renee Eldridge of Noblesville, Indiana and Shannon Binford of Bloomington, Indiana; sister-in-law, Nelle Ramey of Brazil, Indiana; three nieces; and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Scott Binford, who died in 1986; sisters, Jewel Maxine Irvin and Dorothy Day; and brother, Kenneth Ramey. A memorial service for June Ramey Binford will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road West, Richmond, with Chaplain Sandra Ward-Angell officiating. Michael was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. He enjoyed basketball and softball, was an avid Chicago Bears fan, and enjoyed muscle cars, having won several awards at car shows. Survivors include his son, Timothy Dishman and his wife, Libby of Richmond; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephew; and many friends. Mike was an assistant engineer for the City of Richmond, worked at NATCO, and worked for 25 years as the head of maintenance for Centerville Schools. He served on the Centerville Volunteer Fire Department. Mike was a member of the Centerville Lions Club and the Richmond Sons of the American Legion Post 65. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time in the outdoors, woodworking, and collecting beer steins. Mike was known by many and was always willing to help others. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Sherry Rengers Poynter; daughter, Wendy Joelle Brod of Muncie, Indiana; grandsons, Shawn Brod and Nathan Brod; sister, Nancy (Bill) Fullerton of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother, Mark Poynter of Noblesville, Indiana; nieces, Amber Thompson and Alyson (Mark) Madsen, both of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Brittany Poynter, Lisa Poynter, and Madison Poynter, all of Noblesville, Indiana; nephew, Chase Poynter of Noblesville, Indiana; cousins, including Eric Miller of Hagerstown, Indiana; and many friends.
