    After trying to get a residential property cleaned up for a year, the city of New Berlin last week filed for court orders to get the job done. After someone complained about the condition of the yard in the 4900 block of South Small Road, the city's compliance officer Daniel Hogan found a large amount of garbage and trash on either side of the driveway, a lot of yard waste piled up, landscaping brick and construction equipment stored there and several vehicles, some of which appeared to be inoperable and junked, according to the city complaint filed April 15 in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
