    One man is dead and a teenager seriously injured after their pickup overturned Wednesday morning north of Racine. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Joshua Marrs of Carthage and 16-year-old Jacob Hall of Neosho were southbound on State Highway 86 around 8:20am when Marrs went off the right side of the road, overcorrected, went off the left side of the road and overturned.
