    The National Weather Service's Marquette office located in Negaunee Township said snowfall measuring 2.7 inches on Tuesday, Nov. 25, pushed the month's total to 50.8 inches as of Wednesday morning, breaking the previous record of 48.9 inches set in 1991. The Associated Press reported that a storm earlier this month dumped more than 3 1/2 feet of snow in Marquette County.
