Dyquarium Nashan Moore, 23, of 239 Gary St., Henderson, was charged with one count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, one count of discharging a firearm into occupied dwelling or vehicle, one count of going armed to the terror of people, one count of discharging a firearm in the city, and two counts of injury to personal property Henderson Police Chief Marcus Barrow said the shooting incident Wednesday is not connected to the one that happened Tuesday, which injured three.
