    A Rhode Island judge has ruled against a financial company that's been trying to get the Narragansett Indians to repay $10 million the company says it loaned the tribe for one of its failed bids to open a casino. The Providence Journal reports that Superior Court Judge Melanie Wilk Thunberg ruled Tuesday against Phoenix-based Capital Gaming International LLC. The company says it spent $10 million in the 1990s to help the Narragansetts open a casino and the tribe agreed in 2001 to reimburse the company, if the tribe was able to open a casino or similar facility.
