    A bank robbery suspect arrested last month after a wild chase from Murrieta to Temecula that ended in a shooting has been linked to a string of Southwest Riverside County bank heists dating back to July, authorities said. Thomas Diambrosio Ferguson, 30, of La Mesa, has been charged with the Dec. 19 and July 22 robberies of a First Citizens Bank in Murrieta, as well as the robberies of a First Citizens Bank in Temecula on July 8 and Nov. 13. He also is charged with an attempted robbery at a Wells Fargo Bank in Riverside on July 8. Police said Ferguson was the passenger in a speeding vehicle Murrieta officers spotted at Elm Street and Jefferson Avenue shortly after the Dec. 19 bank robbery was reported on nearby Ivy Street.
