Submitted by Matthew Heislen of Mukwonago, the 1/4-pound or 1/2-pound burger is topped with homemade haystack onions, fried cheese curds and homemade ranch on a white bun (swap out a wheat bun or pretzel bun for an It beat out four other finalists, including Wisconsin Cheese, the Nay Nay, the Jacked Up Avocado Turkey Burger, the South Side Slider.
