FELTON >> Transportation officials delayed closing Highway 9 between Felton and Santa Cruz until 9 a.m. Tuesday due to weekend storms. Highway 9 will be closed south of Glengarry Road and north of the Paradise Park Community near Henry Cowell State Park for drainage improvements until July. Comment?
