    Monterey police and the Peninsula Regional Violence and Narcotics Team said Cedric Johnson, 58, was arrested Friday, Feb. 13 on several drug charges at Figueroa Street and Del Monte Avenue in Monterey. After a search at Johnson's apartment in the 500 block of Larkin Street in Monterey, officers said they found evidence of drug sales, drug use and a laptop reported stolen from a school.
