    SAN JOSE >> Relatives of a man who died in the Monterey County jail have filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit, alleging Jacob Parenti died after days of waiting for medical treatment for the flu. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday on behalf of Parenti's mother, Susan Parenti, and Parenti's unnamed 7-year-old son.
