    The North Dakota Highway Patrol and the McKenzie County Sheriff's Department investigated a three-vehicle accident 13 miles west of Watford City that resulted in three deaths on the evening of Sunday, Dec. 14. Gregory M. Madden, 37, of Monroe, La., was driving a 2007 Ford pickup, heading east on U.S. Highway 85. Also in the vehicle were passengers Robert McGowen, 36, of Boaz, Ala., and Timothy Reese, 34, of Albertville, Ala. Michael Marohn, 25, of Casper, Wyo., was driving a 2012 Dodge pickup and Matthew Tucker, 32, of Rogen, Colo., was driving a 2006 Peterbilt truck tractor.
