A former Mobile County Public School System substitute teacher accused of sexually assaulting three teens last year is set to spend the next 18 months in prison after pleading guilty to sodomy on Monday Kristina McMillan Kelly, 42, was previously charged with two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of second-degree sodomy, one count of second-degree sexual abuse and three counts of a school employee having sexual contact with a student under the age of 19. She was given a split sentence of 10 years, with all but 18-months suspended.
