A preliminary investigation revealed the driver of a silver Ford Mustang, 55-year-old Dean Frank Lisenba of Mobile, was traveling southbound in the northbound lane of Rangeline Road near Hamilton Boulevard when he collided head-on with a deputy sheriff's vehicle around 5:40 a.m., according to Mobile Police Department spokeswoman Ashley Rains.
