    To read yesterday's editorial in the Missoulian newspaper in Missoula, Montana , one would think the sky was about to fall because Big Sky Country lawmakers are considering legislation that would allow people with concealed carry permits to carry defensive sidearms on college and university campuses. The newspaper editorial called Montana Senate Bill 143 a "misguided piece of legislation" that should be stopped before it passes the House and gets to the desk of Gov. Steve Bullock.
