    A reward fund has been created to help in the search for the driver in a hit-and-run that caused the death of a toddler in Minot on Aug. 31. Minot Police and Jason and Chantelle Pepple, the parents of 23-month-old Zofia Pepple, who was struck by a pickup in southeast Minot, held a news conference Tuesday to announce the reward fund. The reward currently is set at $3,000 with up to an additional $1,000 available through Crime Stoppers.
