    A Massena man charged with ramming a Massena village police sport utility vehicle has been indicted by a St. Lawrence County grand jury. The grand jury handed up an indictment charging Christopher A. Hebert, 43, of 14759 Route 37, with second-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle stemming from an incident June 12. Mr. Hebert is being held at the Franklin Correctional Facility, Malone, after being returned to state prison for a parole violation.

Crandall.
