Riley of 2224 state Route 420, Massena, with second-degree robbery, fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree conspiracy Jan. 6 as part of an investigation into an alleged drug-related robbery on Dec. 5 on East Orvis Street.

Fleury, 28, of Massena, with trespassing, and George A. “Pete” Roberts, 49, of Massena with second-degree harassment Sunday following an investigation into an altercation at the impound lot when Mr. Fleury was attempting to retrieve a vehicle that had been seized by police.

White, 20, of Bombay was eastbound on County Route 38, near Cemetery Road, at 10:18 a.m. Friday when she lost control of her vehicle, went off the east shoulder of the roadway and struck a tree on the passenger side of her vehicle.
