Chris Lefrancois, 43, of 128 Quinell Road, Massena, was charged with aggravated DWI and ticketed for failure to keep right and making an illegal signal at 12:58 a.m. Tuesday following a traffic stop on South Main Street. A BAC of 0.08 or higher is considered proof of intoxication in the state.
