Channel 11's Alan Jennings was there Friday as a visibly shaken Munizza walked out of the Allegheny County Jail just after 2 p.m. The Maryland Heights woman is charged with criminal homicide in the death of 27-year-old Joshua Poremski at his Upper St. Clair home about 4 a.m. Nov. 1. Poremski's parents, sister and widow were in court Thursday to support Munizza, whose attorney contends the shooting was accidental.
