The reported theft occurred on Tuesday at approximately 11:30 p.m. According to Sheriff Vernon Stanforth, a call was received from the vehicle owner and driver, Randy L. Mills of Marion, Ark., who reported that while inside the Flying J, his 2004 Freightliner semi-tractor and box trailer containing cargo was stolen from the truck parking lot area.
