    The Deptford man whose body was found on the bank of Mantua Creek a day after he was reported missing drowned, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office. The county medical examiner conducted an autopsy Monday on the body of Theodore Smith III and ruled the cause of death was drowning and manner of death was accidental.
