    On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, at approximately 9:30 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London was notified by staff at the Manchester Memorial Hospital about an adult male that was brought in by ambulance with severe injuries that had possibly occurred due to neglect. Trooper Richie Baxter arrived at the hospital and discovered the victim, Charles Burkhart JR, 32, of Manchester, to be in critical condition and was going to be transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center to receive treatment for his injuries.
