    A man had died and his brother was sent to the hospital after a house fire in Clay County early Wednesday morning. The Clay County coroner said 49-year-old Matthew Collins died of injuries sustained in the fire at the home in the Curry Branch community in Manchester.

The board's probable cause report this week said it could not determine the visibility the helicopter encountered on June 6, 2013, as the crew returned to Manchester after ferrying a patient to London.
