    I want to share a few thoughts about bicycles and bicycling as I take another week off - the last one this year, I promise - and consider whether our fall weather will afford me the opportunity to pedal to work and back another 20 times yet this autumn to reach my year's goal of doing so 150 times. First, a recent study in the Journal of Men's Health suggests a link between lots of bicycling and prostate cancer in men older than 50. The analysis included 5,000 men and showed that those who bicycled more than 8.5 hours a week were six times more likely to have prostate cancer.
