    Two people were arrested this week after San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said deputies assisting with probation compliance checks saw a man allegedly throwing a "large baggie of methamphetamine" out a window of a home on Laramie Street. Sheriff's officials said Eric Obrien, 44, and Linda Rogers, 52, both of Lucerne Valley were arrested Wednesday around 3 p.m. Authorities said deputies were assisting the San Bernardino County Probation Department with probation compliance checks at a home in the 29000 block of Laramie Street on Wednesday afternoon after detectives found Obrien in possession of methamphetamine, and Rogers out of compliance with her probation terms.

Ronald William Mills, 38, and Venus Marie Mills, 39, were ordered to serve four years probation and nine days in jail, and also complete a year-long child abuse treatment program by April 30, 2016, court records show.
