    Lewis County Sheriff's deputies charged Shaun K. Elliott, Lowville, and Timothy M. Stanford II, Greig, with disorderly conduct at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of the Lowville Walmart, 7155 Route 12. According to deputies, the charges stem from a complaint of people fighting in the parking lot of Walmart. Both Mr. Elliott and Mr. Stanford were located at the scene, where, after speaking with witnesses and reviewing security camera footage, deputies said they determined that both men engaged in a mutual fight.
