    Lewis County sheriff's deputies charged Michael T. Sullivan, 18, of West Turin, with fourth- degree criminal mischief and third-degree grand larceny. It is alleged that he broke into a safe, causing damage, and then stole $5,500 in cash from a residence on Route 26. He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to the Lewis County jail, Lowville, in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
