Police received a complaint that Mr. Kampney violated a no-contact order of protection issued by Lewis County Family Court by texting his wife, Angel, several times on Jan. 11. He was arraigned in Village Court and sent to the Lewis County jail, Lowville, on $2,500 bail or $5,000 bond.
