According to the report, on July 15, 1991 the victim, Katherine D. Heckel, disappeared after leaving her work at the International Paper Company in Lock Haven.

    The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation has awarded a three million dollar grant for a railroad construction project in Clinton County, according to Senator Joe Scarnati . Scarnati explained that the grant will help provide funding for construction of a new two-way industrial access road and realign a portion of the Nittany & Bald Eagle Railroad Main Line to accommodate the access road.
