    Little Mountain Town Council has passed a reimbursement policy that addresses how reoccuring bills will be paid and also sets protocols for what town council members must submit when requesting a reimbursement of their personal funds. Mayor Jana Jayroe typed up the policy, which states that the town clerk will pay re-occurring bills and any bills that are not regular/reoccurring will be brought to the attention of the Town Council.

    A Little Mountain woman was charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature last week after she stabbed her boyfriend with a knife. According to the Newberry County Sheriff's Office, Saundra Gary, 45, of 97 Reunion Drive in Little Mountain, was released Oct. 16. Bond on the charge was set at $5,000.
