    An Ogdensburg teen is facing more than 30 charges in connection to burglaries of storage units in the town of Lisbon during the last two months and the theft of a neighbor's ATV. State police on Sunday charged Hunter E. Sharlow, 17, of 93 County Route 4, also known as Eel Weir Road, with two counts of felony third-degree burglary, 10 counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, 10 counts of criminal mischief, eight counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, four counts of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child and possession of burglar tools.
