    The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a head on collision which occurred on SR-314 north of Millsboro Road at milepost 3. Eye witnesses stated Adam Bailey; age 26 of Mansfield was driving his 2005 Saturn north on SR 314 and drove left of center into the south bound lane colliding head on with a 2013 Ford SUV driven by Hans Bachmann; age 87 of Lexington. Adam Bailey was pronounced dead at the scene by the Richland County Coroner's Office.
