    Four teenagers were killed Friday night when their car strayed into the oncoming lane of Dairy Road in Lower Towamensing Township and hit another car, injuring its occupants, driver Stacy Peddigree, 18, of Lehighton and passenger Tim Shiner, 22, of Palmerton. At 8:25 p.m., a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by a 17-year-old boy and carrying a 13-year-old girl and two 16-year-old boys was traveling in the westbound lane.
