Victor Ruiz-Garcia, 39, and Maria Malagon-Castillo, 40, were arrested Jan. 27 near the Illinois-Wisconsin border after a background check discovered their children, ages 9 and 14, were listed as missing through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

    The Clark County coroner's office has released the identity of the driver killed Tuesday morning in a single-vehicle rollover accident. Clayton Charles Music, 23, of Las Vegas was found ejected from his vehicle around 7:45 a.m. about a quarter-mile east of northbound U.S. 95 near mile marker 106, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
