Clark County coroner's officials say 40-year-old Jodi Sunshine Joyce of Las Vegas was found dead Monday morning in a home on Berkley Hall Street, near Buffalo and Grand Teton drives.

U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden says Damon Boswell also was sentenced Monday to three years' supervised release for his May 29 guilty plea to conspiracy to submit false claims for federal income tax refunds.
