    One person was charged after a crash on Route 13 at Carrier Mills road on Wednesday, Dec. 17 around 2 p.m. According to Illinois State Police, the preliminary investigation showed that Wilbert C. Dunn, 86, of Carrier Mills, was driving a silver 2008 Ford Ranger northbound on Carrier Mills Road and stopped at the stop sign at the intersection with Illinois Route 13. Police say Alberto Rafael Carmona Salas, 51, of Laredo, Texas, was driving a yellow 2012 Volvo tractor trailer westbound on Route 13 in the far left lane while approaching the intersection of Carrier Mills Road.
