Railroad street closings: Norfolk Southern Railway is closing two Lakewood streets for repairs at railroad crossings from Nov. 12-Nov. 27. The crossings at Lakeland Avenue and Hird Avenue will be closed while repair crews level the tracks and repave the asphalt.
