According to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the multiagency Party Intervention Patrol responded to a crowded shindig -- approximately 75 people between the ages of 15 and 21 were packed into one duplex -- on Mullen Road Southeast after neighbors called 911 to complain about the noise.
