A crowd of 250 La Habrans attended the meeting to hear from a panel of guest speakers that included Brett Barbre from the Metropolitan Water District of Orange County, Kevin Smead from Stetson Engineers, Public Works Director Elias Saykali , and Community Preservation Manager Kurt Keating .
